Manager of the Krakow Choreographic Centre in 2015-2018, co-founder and dancer of the Around Centre Group, contemporary dance and ballet teacher. Dance practitioner and theoretician (Theater studies at the Jagiellonian University). She graduated at the Social Ballet School in Krakow, achieving Dancer-Choreographer Diploma. From 2007 to 2015 a dancer of the Krakow Dance Theater, with which she performed 14 premieres, including the solo performance “Blonde. A Try”. KDT performances, i.e. “Cicindela” or “TAKARAZUKA.camp”, with her participation, received awards at competitions in Tychy and Konin, and her first own choreography “Do you feel like coffee?” represented Poland in the finale Solo & Duo in Budapest.
She co-created and coordinated many dance initiatives and artistic events: BalletOFFFestival, Contemporary Dance Festival SPACER, choreographic competition 3 … 2 … 1 … DANCE!, along with educational activities like dance.edu.
As the manager of KCC, she was responsible for the shape of Krakow Choreographic Center, giving it the direction of development through regular activities and drawing up projects. Currently, at the KCC she takes care of promotion and focuses on artistic and choreographic work, presenting performances, among others, as a part of the Polish Dance Network. For the Around Centre Group she created repertoire stage and street performances: “Makia”, “Mourners”, “Celsius 38”, “Propriety” and collectively multimedia “spectral layers of movement”.
With passion she co-creates the informal creative place Młyn Zabierzów near Krakow, forming a space for artistic and educational activities, conducting dance classes and workshops, as well cultural events.
